Hoe de containers werken

U woont in een klein flatgebouw. De bewoners delen drie afvalcontainers achter het gebouw; de grijze wordt elke maandagochtend geleegd. Uw nieuwe buurvrouw Fatima staat met een zak restafval bij de containers en vraagt hoe het werkt. Kijk naar de plaatjes. Leg haar uit welke container ze moet gebruiken en wanneer ze die aan de straat zet. Noem minstens twee punten.

• Say which container she must use for her residual waste: the grey one (first picture).
• Say when she puts the grey container out on the street: the evening before it is emptied, so Sunday evening (second picture).
• Give the explanation as instructions to your neighbour: say what she must do, not what you see in the pictures.
• Give a reason or a warning, for example what happens if the container is out too late or if bags are left beside it.
